Paying grave fee via eMail (e-Pošta)

Note that Monte Giro LLC Pula, in cooperation with the Croatian Postal Office, introduced another possibility for delivering invoices for the annual grave fee for burial plots in the town cemetery in Pula and the Cemetery in Štinjan – in electronic form via eMail (ePošta) service.

Registering with service eMail (ePošta) is entirely free of charge. Domestic and foreign physical persons inland or abroad can use eMail (ePošta) service. Registration can be done online, via web page: www.eposta.hr, or by submitting a Request form for the use of eMail (ePošta) service you can download from our web pages www.eposta.hr  or www.montegiro.hr.  The forms get submitted to any postal office.

After registering with eMail (ePošta) service, select the option to receive invoices issued by Monte Giro LLC for the annual grave fee for the use of burial plots on the town cemeteries in Pula and Štinjan in electronic form. Invoice gets delivered to your eMail (ePošta) service, where you will be able to pay for it using credit or debit cards (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa), a Fee of 2,00 HRK per invoice applies.

In addition to payment of invoices in electronic form, service eMail (ePošta) offers services like sending and receiving letters and messages and paying other bills using credit and debit cards after entering or scanning payment orders.

HOW DOES ONE USE A SERVICE?

Register with Croatian postal service on www.eposta.hr. Find the invoice related to Monte Giro LLC Pula, and instead of waiting in line, pay your bill via web application eMail (Posta) or mobile application mMail (mPošta). You will receive your e-mail notification from eMail (ePošta) once your invoice is received.

WILL THE INVOICE ARRIVE AT A HOME ADDRESS AS WELL?

No. Once registered, the invoice will be received in eMail (ePošta) service in electronic form only.

FOR WHOM IS THIS SERVICE CONVENIENT?

This service is convenient for all physical persons wishing simple access to their documents and is particularly useful for Clients having a temporary residence and persons residing abroad.

MOBILE APPLICATION mMAIL (mPOŠTA)

Application mMail (mPošta) can get activated via smartphone or tablet, and you can download it from Store Play or AppStore. mPošta gets activated by entering username and password for ePošta service, and after that, you receive an activation code in your e-mail.

In settings, find a list of issuers and select Monte Giro LLC Pula.  

Report a service by entering the Client code and a burial plot number stated in the invoice for the annual grave fee.

In the future, you will be receiving in your eMail (ePošta) invoices for an annual grave fee for the use of grave plots at the town cemetery in Pula and Cemetery in Štinjan.
